tire sizes for 996tt

Will 245 35 19 with 25.8" overall diameter for the fronts and 305 30 19 with 26.3" overall diameter for the rears work on my 996tt without negative effects on differential, etc.? I'm looking for a less harsh ride than with 235 35 19 and 315 25 19 (i.e. a little more profile). Are 245's for the front too wide for the fender well size? 225 40 19's have a 26.1"overall diameter and would therefore be almost exact diameter as the 305 30's but are the 225's too narrow?

What rim sizes are you running?

That overall outside diameter difference is more than I'd want to run.
