Hi Everyone; Iam brand new here and want to get off on the right foot. I just need some feedback if anyone can help me. About 6 weeks ago I ordered a set of wheels from "360 Forged Distributing" aka "Forged Distributing". Alain the owner orginally told me I would have the wheels in about 3 weeks. No problem. It has now been over 6 weeks and it seems they are having a problem with getting the wheels polished with their "out sourcer". They said they sent them back 3 times to the "Out sourcer" because they were not acceptable. I asked the owner Alain if he couldn't just send them to someone else to be polished. He said it wasn't that easy because in Florida there are not that many experts at polishing the finish on wheels. Anyway, the whole thing makes me a "nervous wreck" as I have invested $4,700 in this set of wheels for my car. Has anyone out there ever dealt with this company???? If so what was your experience???? Did you have a happy outcome????? Thank You to all.

 

Custom wheels do take a long time, be patient, you'll eventually get your wheels.

360 was I guess is a shady company . Do search on how many people they screwed a while back

 

A while back....? That **** was like 6 years ago...

 

We would be happy to look into this order for you, just shoot us a PM. Not sure who told you 3 weeks but typically the wheels take between 4-6 weeks and custom finishes that have to be outsourced like Chrome or Polish centers take longer and 360 Forged doesn't control that timing.

Rest assured all wheel orders are completed and fulfilled and Alain has been taking care of all customers for years.
