DIY 3-piece wheel inner barrel replacement?

2 of my 3-piece rims have hairline cracks forming on the lips of the inner barrels. One is leaking so that I have to add air nearly every day. I threw a can of fix-a-flat in there to hold it from leaking until I can come up with a solution.

Anyone know where I can order replacement barrels and sealant from? The company that made them won't warranty them and wants $1500 + shipping to replace all 4 barrels!?!?! Are they f'ing nuts??

I am very handy and know I can do it myself at a fraction of the cost. My only problem is sourcing the required materials.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!

I plan on trading in or selling my car very soon, so I don't want to drop more cash into the car... And ethically I could never just sell the car knowing the lips are cracked...

They are Bryals/Makaveli, 19 x 8.5 all around. It kills me because I just spent $900 a little over a year ago getting the cracks welded/grinded, the centers powdercoated graphite black, and the outer lips stripped of the chrome and polished.

Yuck man. I'd get rid of the wheels if they are cracking though.....
http://www.kodiakracingwheels.com/ can make you lips/barels, good pricing too.
