Try Advan, Volk, Kinesis or Fikse.

Advan, Volk and Fikse are still very reputable companies. As for Kinesis, I think everyone's waiting for the 'bling' influence since Lexani recently purchased Kinesis wheels.

I made no comments - I offered fact and personal opinion, both of which I have the perogative of doing as a registered member.
Sorry, I am not interested in compiling posts to win a d*ck size contest.

Also, all I was saying was that your "fact and personal opinion" came across as making you look like a A-hole. Just my opinion.
I just thought that it was weird that someone with so few posts waits to say something negative istead of something positive in a different thread. I don't know, maybe I'm just in a mood.
Post on Brother!!!
My 2 cents
If you guys are looking for "heritage" - you better go after BBS, OZ, Work, Enkei, etc....these are wheel companies that have proven their product on racetracks all around the world.
Here are the facts IMO.
As for high-end 3 piece custom wheels, HRE, Kinesis (Prior to the Lexani purchase), and Fikse are the first names that come to mind.
Vince/I-Forged really brought a lot of marketing and insight into the 3 piece wheel biz, especially to the younger European community - beginning in 99. Give him the credit of bringing affordable 3 piece wheels and options to the forefront. I like what Vince did awhile back in revamping the lineup and logo.
DPE was started around 03' - from a few BMW enthusiasts (or at least one of them was at the time), a strong contingent following from the start, but now pretty much another name in the options of enthusiasts looking for multi piece wheels.
Add the recent intros of Modulare, Vellano, etc...Modulare Society - and guess what....a lot of these companies utilze the same outers, hardware, etc. IMO - look at design, engineering and assembly to really set aside the good from the bad.

If so, can you tell us if DPE wheels are fully T6-6061? It's an answer most of us can't find in the forums. I'm sure you would know since you know where they are manufactured and where they are tested. Thanks in advance!
from what i know a lot of the rim company these are making the center piece themselve and buying the barrel from other source which quite often imported from china. they do however, cut adn reweld some of the barrel to width that client ordered in all to creat that CUSTOM look.
