The standoff cracked around and then it came off. I used a soldering iron and melted it back together. That blue off and took more with it. I made an internal patch out of quarter inch plate and silicone rubber with a wire connected so I could dangle it down in and pull it up and then put the top plate on to secure it. It is holding pressure and had it done the day it happened.
