Showing the transition off the silicone coupler, and custom intake pipes with appropriate mounting points, and clearing the internal wastegate actuators! Score!

Here's the final product with the filter installed, piping finished, and coated black with a similar coating to what we used for the intake manifold parts. It's kind of hard to see the piping at this stage, but all the work that went into it makes up for it.

Steve setup a great catch can that is securely mounted to handle any oil overflow duties. Like everything else he does, it's (mounted) solid.

Sean does an EVOM-like "leak proof" setup clamp for the throttle body. It just wasn't quite what I was looking for, but interestingly there is possibly enough room to run a modified air box with this setup. What I didn't like was the transition into the Y. If you're going to spend $1,000 on an Intercooler pipe, the internal transition needs to be perfect too. Close but not there.

Looks good, might be room to run a factory air box in there, but I wasn't very happy with the transition (horizontal line) from the Y. It does use a novel approach with a clamp for the "leak proof" EVOMS style connection to the throttle body. I knew we could do better.

SRM Y-Pipe fitment. Has potential, but not quite what I'm looking for.

Here you can see the modified fuel cooler/AC setup to maintain factory fuel cooling, while making it compatible with the ESMotor intake.

Chris at Unobtainium works fast. A couple of days after receiving the mock up from Steve he sent me some photos of what he was working on. Still in the early stages but I was really excited to see this coming to life.

711 to the wheels on wastegate spring pressure and 93 octane. That's pretty much what you'd get out of upgraded VTGs on e85.

935 pushing 93 octane a little. There was quite a bit left but I was really impressed with these results and if I'm going to lean on it a bit I want to do it with good fuel instead of pump gas.

The best pull was 1111 to the wheels. Quite an interesting number! We didn't turn things all the way up on the dyno, this was still relatively low boost.

Blue cover laid on top. Mark on the lower left hand corner of the screen is a reflection off the roof. There isn't a scratch on it.

Easy take-off 0-60. Something spiked the G sensor at the beginning but the numbers appear valid.

60-100. This was the best one I got, and it looks like I was partial throttle or rolling into it in 4th gear perhaps. Interesting to extrapolate from.

This is really the good one, the way TI is run you launch from ~65mph so 0-60, 60-100, and 60-130 don't mean as much.
