Changing the serpentine belt is easy, when the engine is out. Notice, you need a BFW (Big Fk*n Wrench) to turn the tensioner.....

Make sure you blow out the holes with compressed air before removing the plugs. There is a lot of dirt down there

Hard to see here , but hoses split here too. Seem like they like to split on this nut looking tee, both on top of the tranny and here.

Use a hammer to knock out the casing from the rollers.

Remove the spring clip and then the rollers

Remove the outer spring clip (the thicker clip), then the rest the CV boot. Clean everything thoroughly afterwards.

Note: the roller spline has two sides. Here a picture of the beveled side. This side faces outward toward the wheels when installed again

Install the new boot,, big spring clip and use a socket like this to tap the rollers into place, so you can install the inner spring clip

Smother the rollers with CV grease and fill the casing and boot with the rest of the CV joint grease supplied in the kit. Then install and tighten the clips on the boot and you are done. Easy Job when you have all the right tools :)

I was having some trouble aligning the secondary engine mounts to the chassis. Rigged this up, do I can move the engine just enough for the bolts to alight.

Having to roller carts like these are invaluable when installing the engine. Not only can you move the, you can also lower/raise them

After sanding the lenses looks REALLY hazy. No worries though. After applying rubbing and polishing compounds, the lenses will look like new again
