the wire above the end of the ratchet handle appears to be the wire in question, yours runs down the right side of the fuse block, and mine underneath

this is the same wire at the end of the ratchet handle making it's way to the right side of the fuse block

this is my fuse box, the black piece of tape at the bottom of the fuse box actually helps to secure the capacitor like piece up against the aluminum housing, it;s on thee back side.it appears to be held there by tape an velcro.
