It’s hiding  under the corner and you can remove the air pipe easily to pull it out after snipping a tie wrap 

The cover plate on top of the rad comes off easily

It was a loose clip 
I thightened them up , pressed the edges together and squeezed the rear bit closer so it would grip more .You can test on the panal while it’s out before refitted to test the grip

Look carefully what’s lying at the bottom , running through.I suspect it’s an aftermarket mod to run that wire off the scuttle floor which is under that unit
