2000 Horsepower GT-R Schools Everything at Texas Invitationals
The last time I talked to the guys over at AMS Performance, their Alpha Omega GT-R was only running around 1400 horsepower. Only. They came up with something a bit faster since then.
This last week was The Texas Invitationals, if you are unfamiliar with what it is, essentially holy crap levels of horsepower alone on a runway seeing who could go the fastest or go here.
The new Alpha Omega has a grand total of….wait for it, 2000 hp! It’s still the GT-R motor, albeit hugely boosted, and still runs on the street, and it dominated the entire event. They just released a bit of footage of the event for us all to check out, take a look below.
It walks everything. It’s like the other cars are standing still. This is next level types of horsepower. I’m supposed to head over to the AMS shop soon and will have many more pictures and hopefully some video as well. I can’t wait!
