get those bad boys shipped out to me. What's the size on them? How much larger than stock and when can I get them?

 

Excuse my ignorance, but what are the benefits to changing these out?

 

(Slightly different car...but same engine and transmission) Stuff like this:

 

Probably nothing if your ride is stock, but they probably are part of what a higher power engine build would entail, like more powerful turbochargers that need more cooling than the stock intercoolers can provide.

Really I'm happy to see some parts are coming out because we are waiting for intercoolers, Y pipe , upgraded turbos , tuning for the 991 turbo. Great job champion.

It seems like 991 TTS mods are still in their relative infancy compared to the 997. Modded 997s are a lot faster than modded 991s as I have seen at meets. It seems that finally 991 tunings/mods are catching up. Would be great to see a bolt on 991 TTS hit the nines as the 997 with bolt ons can do with ease. Intercoolers and the corresponding tune should be a big advancement for the 991 TTS.

 

This result would not happen with a modded 991 TTS. But hopefully one day soon, it will as more mods roll out.

 

Trust me 991 turbo will hit 8 seconds soon . It can beat GTR community easily but we have to wait to Dodson to release the new PDK clutches upgrade and the other companies are working on the engine internals right now with secondary fuel system and I'm sure 100% you will see everyone will hit 8 seconds easily . Also Cobb tuning are working on the Ecu. Just give it some time.

My car now has bolts ons and i tried with many 997.1 with upgraded turbos and my car is faster than them . But when they upgrade to Alpha 30 turbos and beyond they can beat me.

Really we want the companies to work on this beast and i will be the first customer to buy all upgrade.

 

It would be great to see some big advancements in 991 Turbo and Turbo S mods.
