Things I like on the 991
Here in the mountains of West Virginia:
1) It's still a sports car but with a few comfort items. I've raced cars, and this is car with power and grip.
2) It's my first automatic transmission car and a good one. The PDK is better than great.
3) The interior finish is spectacular. Everything is easy to find and control. I like the Bose option ($2120).
4) The exterior has the best look of all the water-cooled cars. They finally got it right.
5) It's a 911 (the 50th year) with the rear seats as good storage.
6) The local service has been quick and trouble-free (one oil change).

Beautiful... I'm a died in the wool black or red Porsche fan, but I do really like that color. More pics...
Agree it's hard to get used to a non manual Porsche and I certainly don't desire to trigger another one of those PDK vs manual endless threads.. I love manuals and aside from comparing to that the PDK for what it is and does is simply amazing. Sometimes it seems to read my mind when in Sport mode.
Nice car...!
