I put together a picture of average 911 auto listing prices by year.

Thought it might be interesting to other members.

Note that these are average prices across models levels. IE: There are likely more Turbos for sale in the later model years, which will push the prices of those years up.

Where did you get your data? Prices seem high to me.

 

It's an interesting concept, but this alone makes the chart rather useless. Lumping Turbo S's in with base models garbles the information.

 

Very pretty chart but wildly inaccurate as a representation of actual values of different generation 911's.

I think your 993 and 991 prices are off by a bit. You can redo the graph with different shading or color for each model to distinct between base, turbo and gt variants

 

Was the 996 low because they knew their engines would seise up?
