spotted: GT2...or no?
It's not that serious, I've just always gotten a kick out of people 'upbadging' models in their marque. Especially in myBMW ///M days...I'd routinely spot 650's made M6's, 335's turned M3's, and Z4's magically turned Z4M's. I've even witnessed the odd civic or Camry with an M badge before -_-
My buddy texted me this earlier today..fooled me for a second.
If it truly is a GT2, then self facepalm and I should just quit the internet.
Cues: Steel rotors. Red calipers. Rear windshield wiper. Sunroof. And ride height..but maybe that's from the large wheels.

I'm not sure if the early GT2's had carbon brakes, but I'm pretty sure they all had yellow calipers. As you mention, the other give away is definitely the sunroof.
It's funny when you have a car as nice as a 911 turbo and still feel the need to use a GT2 badge.

rear wiper+ sunroof + red 4 pistons = TT
Not sure why people often mis-badge their Porsche's...
Easiest way to verify a parked GT2 vs TT is to check VIN, 5th last number being 9=GT2, 8=TT.

Its not a gt2. However, the turbo is still a great car, so nothing to be ashamed of!

I was actually considering putting a gt2 decklid and front bumper on my turbo but what would I do with badges then? Leave it badgeless? Put Turbo badge on a GT2 lid? Would look strange. So i decided to keep the original turbo look.

I have the full GT2 look. However I am not a poser! Turbo emblem remains. I put on 6 pistons from GT3 (yellow) and a front end and rear wing. Stock looks weak IMO. Especially the front.
