997.1 LED Tail Light Available
I've been searching for something like this for months.
Another forum member found on ebay. Here's the other thread:

I found another set that looks decent but of course it's coming from Singapore and it's not cheap. It would be great if we can get a group buy if there is enough interest. Looks like a direct plug and play

Not sure what's up with the bright blue center - where's turn light?
Here's another vendor's listing:

Wow...these look cheap. I honestly prefer the .2 versions. You'll have to know how they work once you try them out.

Yea, I am with you. I dont' think it's worth the $900+ risk but I may bite if we can get them for around $500 to $600 shipped.

I remember Depo made LED tails for Mercedes applications several years ago when I had a W203 and many owners reported random LED bulbs burning out with no good way to replace them. You've been warned.

if its depo from the E36 lighting fame then it shouldnt be too much of a risk.
But when I look close I see the LED clusters look a bit cheap, not like the OEM ones...still, at $600 a set they would be priced right I suppose.

I checked with the vendor and even with 10 purchases, we are looking at most 10% off - around $800 + shipping. Perhaps someone else can strike up a better deal.
Here's a pict of OEM for comparison.
