I found my dream car. 997 TT White
For the past 2 years I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2011 997.2 TTS with factory Aero Kit. It is the third turbo S I have had and 2nd 997.2 TTS. I had a small note on the car and decided instead of paying it off I would sell the car and downsize in overall price and not owe on a car.
The hunt began as I started getting offers for my tts and I went from 997.1 and .2 C2S 6pd coupes to 996TT of the same. Both cars I had owned in my past and loved. But then my best friend offered me his White 07 TT with 36k miles on the clock and all the desirable upgrades one would have wanted when new.
He did a stunning job with pwr mods and cosmetic mods and suspension and stereo. The car will need a bit of Love and Care but nothing more than some paint and clear bra among other minor things. AND IT'S WHITE! Every time I have searched in the past a white 911 escaped me. Now it's mine and I could not be happier.
Photo of my beloved 997.2 TTS going to RAC Performance in Dallas. I cried like a baby as they loaded up this car Friday but today has been a wonderful surprise because I really wasn't sure if my friend would actually part with his White Ghost and he did. I am forever grateful. Better photos once I clean her up.
PWR Mods:
AWE 750 Package
Upgraded IC's and Headers(don't recall who from)
Miltek (sp?) exhaust and high flow cats
Sachs racing clutch
Short shifter
Suspension:
Moton Clubsports 2 way
A bunch of RSS control arms and linkage
upgraded drop links
GT3 or RSS sway bars
Brembo GT big Brake kit
Champion wheels
Comfort:
Adaptive Sport Seats
A bunch of leather wrapped interior parts
2 tone grey and black interior
Custom Head unit and amps and speakers and subs
997.2 GT3 front bumper cover conversion with LED lights
Passport Built in Radar
I am sure I am forgetting something but I just have to give thanks to Christ Jesus for such a blessing that I do not deserve! And another big thanks to my AMAZING WIFE that puts up with me as I go tunnel vision on the hunt for cars. Honey I'm BACK

Thanks! Yes I sure did. The .2 TTS cars that I had are absolutely amazing especially for DD. I suspect they can do track and drag strip just as well although I only did one of each in a 2012 I had prior to this last 2011 I just sold.
The 6 spd does bring back quite a bit of fun factor in driving even when I am just putting around. A concern of mine was that I saw values for .2TTS cars way to SOFT for what they are and what they cost new!
Figured I would cut bait now while I had a chance bc I did not want to be at 55k miles and the car only be work 65-75k on a 185k car msrp.
I think that I will be able to keep and enjoy this one for years to come and when it has 55-65k miles sell it for what I paid. I think .1 and .2 tt's with 6pd and GT1 block are on the way up.
My estimation is that at that time I'll be able to trade mine for a .2 TTS 11,12 or 13. Maybe Even get money back as equity. A dealer paid me 90k but after the tax savings on trade I came out about 94-95k on the deal. I paid 113k in Sept of 2014 and the car had 19k miles on it. I sold it with 31,500.

Oh yes it sure would. BUT, I am going to have to hold on the modding bug for now. Where would I even get that? I guess I can search but I assume it's a different bumper cover, rear lamps etc….
