Does it go away when you pull slightly up on the parking brake? (keep the button pressed, don't engage the lever and test this in a safe low speed area)

Well first, process of elimination.. If the noise goes away, it's parking brake related

I tested it and the results were a bit inconclusive. There were times that the noise completly stopped and there were times that it partially went away. What do you think ?

I'd pull the parking brake pads out of the suspected wheel and see if there is a small piece missing of the material from the leading edge...this is common for rocks to chip the pad and force a squeak issue from the parking brake pads.
