After much deliberation, I am selling my prized 2004 911 Turbo cab.

It is on the high-end of mileage, at 104K, but has been an amazing car for the 7 years I have owned it. I bought it at 54K and have enjoyed every mile.

It is an X50, with carbon fiber interior and the black factory turbo twists.

Since I have owned it, I have:

- Replaced the alternator and water pump
- put on new rotors and pads (less than 15K ago)
- Replaced the hydraulics for the top and the spoiler

Rear tires are at about 80% tread and fronts about 50% tread (both probably more, but being conservative.

The car has two known issues:

- The interior cloth where the top folds needs some work

Exterior and interior are great -- particularly for the mileage. It's been well kept.

I have a job where I work from home, and it pains me to see it sit there without being driven much. We also have five little kids (notice the giant white van), so they don't fit very well.
