You Driving Yet?
Took the cover off the car this moring. Adjusted tire pressure and drove to work. The car's looking a little messy by the time I got home tonight, but it was sure nice to get her on the road again.
Any of you guys driving yet?

Lucky you! Our back alley has been a mess, I'm thinking I'm going to turn the insurance back on for Friday and have it out sometime this weekend!

I put the summer tires on yesterday...went by a Speed Yellow Cabriolet on 170str. today with the top down. I guess the 8 degree weather this time of year in Edmonton makes us feel like it is mid-July.

Omar's. He just got it 2 weeks ago, so he's pretty excited.

Zookie, Great picture. Personally, I put over 3000 miles on this winter in my 996. Forgive me if I give you a hard time about the "Toronto Blizzard" in your picture.
WOW almost a whole inch of snow!!! Call the military in !!!

done with hibernation
09 April 2011...first drive of the year since I put it away 16 Nov 2010
With a little bit of work..
I cleared the remaining snow that turned to ice off
of my driveway to get the boxster out of the garage.
Go for a drive around the block...make sure everything is alright
Fluid levels / tire pressure. Top up with fresh Premium fuel
Then off for a drive...avoiding potholes, sand, small rocks,
puddles, plugged manhole covers & stupid drivers
that want to drive beside and splash your clean car....
cause everyone else's vehicles are brown from road spray.
One more Boxster out of storage
One more happy Porsche owner enjoying the car
that was meant to be driven
Cheers
Chris

The pcar gets put away for the winter
lots of snow.
lots of gravel and sand
lots of accidents
its 4x4 territory up here during the winter
now that I got rid of all the snow on driveway
its time to drive the pcar
I guess I could move to somewhere warmer
then I could drive the p-car year round
cheers
