grommets at the hardware store?
couldn't the grommet be purchased as a hardware store saving a trip to the dealer and labor costs? ...or is this one of those proprietary types of situations where nothing works quite like something sent right from Germany!?

The only reason I improvised is that I did not want to wait and did not want to drop off at the stealer although I have a year left before he can steal...lol
The parts should not cost more than a couple of bucks per point so maybe 10 dollars in plastic. For those our of warranty, this maybe should be a spares inventory...

I have a 2014 Cayenne that seems to be having the same rattle inside the plastic cover that goes over the bearing. I think that the part number above just covers Cayennes up to to 2010. Does anyone have a part number (or solution) for the newer Cayennes? Someone said that they might have even changed the seats so that this part isn't used anymore (but they couldn't confirm...). Thanks!
