Retro-fit?
I was a big BMW fan and wwhen I owned my car i tried to reto-fit any option that I could. I bought it pretty loaded but after a few years of owning it, I started to add some options I didn't purchase at the begining. My question here, has anyone done this to your Cayenne and if so what options???

REALLY depends on the option you are talking about.
Some of the stuff is near impossible to find used or at a reasonable price.
Any idea on what things you want?
I would love to find the rear locking differential for off road use.
GTS wing.
The Nav systems would be nice to update but even used they cost more than a nice aftermarket set up.

rear valences, exhaust tips, wheels, and roof racks are all that I have found on here for less than 150 from members.......some random body pieces can be found on ebay with luck.....ask roxxboxxx........
keep your ears out to body shops too and dealers who sometimes get take off wheels and sell closer to beta model wheels for cheap.
The internal guts, engine, lights......whew expensive and questionable if you can get to work........or just above my paygrade...

I would like to do the smokers package. I wish mine had the 2x 12volt outlets up front on the passanger side. I am still new with my CTT some still learning whats out there, but that would be my first thing i would like to do.

I have two in the very back cargo area and maybe one in the center for the back seat; however, the only outlet up front is in the "smoker package" aka ashtray......

Ahhh bro - You mean FACTORY options that did not come on your build.
Hmmmmm - that's tough as most C's major upgrades are big deals like:
> Phone over PCM
> Air Suspension
> "S" package on the turbo
> Rear comfort package (zoned air and heat for the back seats)
I have looked into all of those for my C and a retrofit is a big fat no-go.
Some of the factory options that you can easily address are:
> Alumi-look grills
> Interior trim (trim, wheel, shifter)
> Skirts, rear valance and tips
> Mud Flaps (UGG - dont!)
> Caliper appearance (go red over stock silver)
> Roof racks (love my rails)
> Factory rear window shades ( you can go 2 routes with that option)
> Rear cargo options (nets, hold downs, beverage cooler)
> Factory sport exhaust (although the after market stuff is better)
> Clear market lenses (that's a MUST)
Me personally - go for the easy and cheap stuff first just to get you used to hacking up your Porsche.
1. ALL LED interior lights - looks amazing (see my pic below)
2. Clear marker lenses (snag em from bumperplugs.com)
3. Clear turn signal bulbs so that your headlights don't look like fried eggs.
All that will cost you less then $200.

Well As you guys said!!!!! I found them... and yes they are up there. Who knew 2 12volt outlets would be so well hidden.. And in my defence the stupid rubber floor mat was stuck on it so I had to pull the mat back and they it was...
