Valentine 1 Hardwire in 05 CTT

Hey Guys,
Getting ready to try to hardwire the V-1 to my 05 CTT.... I really don't want to run the wires to the fuse box and would like to either use the sunroof or the homelink wires to power the unit.

Any pointers guys before I take this apart? (ie, which wires/colors etc to use.... )

TIA!

I wired to the fuse box with my passport. Was pretty easy to do.I think it is also easy to do to the homelink.
