Did all GT3's come with the one piece seats?

do you mean the european gt3/rs seats? nope.. not in the USA.

US GT3s came with what are called Sport seats, manually adjusted fore and aft, electrically adjustable back that folds. The fixed seats with higher bolsters are the Euro GT3 seats.
