LOC - review
After a ton of reading and hours of trying to listen to crap videos on YouTube I finally decided to pull the trigger on a new exhaust. I actually wanted the Kreissieg F1 Exhaust but couldn't justify the money so I chose the LOC exhaust. I sent a text to Sam @ Auto Talent in LA and he ordered the LOC from Jeff (or Grant, or Ray). Last Tuesday I showed up @ Auto Talent and hung with the fellas for a bit and then Sam drove me over to the Pink Taco in Beverly Hills for lunch/afternoon party (that will have to be a whole different thread). I came back to Auto Talent a few hours (and beers) later and cranked up my new toy and raced home.
Wow! For those of you that are undecided about exhausts, I highly recommend (like everyone else) the LOC. The exhaust completely changes the note of the car making it sound like a wound-up F1 machine. I won't bother posting a video because after driving it and hearing it live, the videos are a joke. Even inside the car it sounds awesome.
If you hear what sounds like a F1 race car in or around Laguna Beach this coming week, it will be me in my G.
Thanks again to Sam @ Auto Talent and to the boys from Lamborghini Orange County.

Congrats for that choice..
The sound is amazing, high pitched and well balanced.
Some questions.
I noted no valves in that.
What´s the technical difference with straight pipes ?.
The small muffler at the end, is really a muffler ?.
What´s the function of that and the small tubes welded across to the principal pipes.
Do the diameter of the tubes (3" ??) increased at the end ?
Thanks in advance.

I have a 07 Gallardo and the LOC for my model has the valves and is a shiny stainless steel. In fact, it looks considerably nicer than the LOC pictured in the previous post. I'm not qualified to answer technical questions - maybe Grant or Jeff (the LOC designers) can chime in here. I'm in Laguna Beach this week @ Montage Resort if anyone here wants to hear it.
