Documented maintenance depending on the mileage. If it's an E-Gear you'll certainly want the dealer to take a clutch snapshot so you'll know how much clutch life. If I remember correctly, they can show you overrev's as well. That's all I can think of off the top of my head but I'll let some others chime in.

Like most modern cars, the Gallardo comes with an engine
rev limiter which prevents overrevs "from below" -- that is
you can't overrev it by increasing RPMs with the throttle,
but you can overrev it by doing a downshift at high RPMs.
The Egear model offers additional "protection" -- in normal
mode it will upshift at redline, and reject attempts to shift
if they don't make sense.

That is why there is a carbon fiber plate with Lamborghini script instead of a screen. You won't need the radio if you enjoy the sound of the V10 engine right behind your ears. Plus if you really enjoy car audio you won't like the stock ones anyway.
