VIDEO** 177mph 1/4 mile video of an Underground Racing TT Gallardo
This video is from a few months back, but we decided to go ahead and release it as there have been a few people question the 177 mph trap speed in the 1/4. We were going to wait until we got the Underground Racing TT Gallardo to run a little quicker (i.e., 8's) before we posted another 1/4 mile run, but with the behind the scenes questioning about it we figured we might as well release the video.

Quick and fast are two different things, although they do go hand in hand.
I'll take the 177 trap speeds all day over a better e.t., but that is just me.
Nearing 180 mph traps, that is crazy for a street driven car!

Geez it's not rocket science to make these things go fast!!! 
I kid!!! Congrats Kevin, KC, and the rest of the Underground Crew. I hate every time I watch one of these videos I have to find a way to convince myself I don't need a Lambo! Matt (hope I remembered name correctly) these videos always kick @$$!!!

if you dont mind me asking... what's your 60ft on these passes?
ET is closely related to how good a car will do in the 60ft... Obviously with a better 60ft the car will go WELL into the 8s!
Check all these GTRs or other similar cars... They match the 9.2 or they do even better but they lack at least 10 mph on the 1/4... The trap shows how powerful the car is...
BTW, the gear shifts are pretty insane!!! Were you flat shifting or you were lifting in each gear change?

After the camera turns to where car is pulling away, it looks like the video goes into fast forward -- insane pulling. Very nicely done.
