Fuel Guage issue..

Hey guys
Just last two fills I notice that fuel Guage doesn't show full instantly after filling up the tank instead takes about 20-30 mins after being stuck at close to full.
Just wondering if this is normal or An issue coming up with faulty fuel Guage?

Pls advice on the pics... This is the position of the fuel Guage after 20-30 mins post filling up. Is it showing full or still less than full as I'm paranoid I feel the needle use to go further back

Stupid question maybe. But do you fuel with the engine running or key in the ignition?

Normally I fuel with engine off but key still in the ignition though turned all the way to left (no power) but last time I fuelled I left the car on I believe.

Called advisor he told me the car has two gas tanks one on the left and the other one on the right underside of the car and it may be an off situation. He also told if fuel Guage sensor was faulty the fuel Guage would be stuck and not eventually move towards full. He think it may be due to some air left in the tank so he's asked me to open the tank cap and then close it tightly.

Meanwhile if any of you could check my pic and tell me if this is full tank mark or little less. Should the needle go beyond the 4/4 mark or stays there only thanks

The full tank indication on the picture is correct.
