I give up!!! I already called my Credit Card for a refund.

This is taking WAY too long for a $70 set of pedals.........

Guys, if you used a credit card (via Paypal) you can get a refund.

 

Nothing, forwarded a PM when Ron siad he would pay everyone, nothing has come forward and I am contacting Paypal to reclaim my $70, I could do without the hassle frankly but I'm pissed over this.

I wil let you all know the outcome.

 

I would have contacted pay pal in January.

 

Just to play devils advocate here, is it possible he did make the pedals, sent them and the US Post Office screwed up?

Has anyone recieved any of the pedals from him in the past?

that would happen...maybe once...I would say maybe twice...but if you read the post...NO ONE GOT THEM...

that is the killer. I know UPS and the mail system is wacky..but how can a dozen different orders going to different dozen places NOT SHOW UP TO ANYONE? Plus..the original seller said he even "investigated" by going to the post office to double check the shipments...

Anybody who has not yet contacted paypal or their credit card company must not really care about getting their $ back.

 

I called PAYPAL in January and tried to get my money back, but since I paid with my bank account and not a credit card, they will not credit back my account...

OH WELL, I learned a good lesson for $70.00

 

IF PAYPAL CAN'T GET THEIR MONEY BACK THEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK..... They won't go heads with the CC companies though.....

Sucks, I know.

Thanks for the entertaining emails, it truly made me laugh, whether or not
people think I am a crook is their prerogative, the members of 6speedonline
have proven their own maturity over the KPG-VRalexander issue, I know I have
been banned from there and have no problem with that as it has proven to be
detrimental to itself and it's members behaviour.

I know this doesn't phase you but I am in no way ripping people off, I have
had my own businesses for over 16 years and never once had been called a
liar or a crook, I sent these pedals out in good faith, I must assume that
they will not be getting delivered now being 4 months down the line, I am
the one out of pocket on this, I will gladfully refund your funds in the
morning from my work PC as I have no real anti-virus on this PC at home.

I ask a small favour of you in return, as I am banned from 6speed, could you
email me the name and email addresses of those who would like their funds
back, I know the persons who have paid by CC have already got a refund, but
there are others who haven't, could you be kind enough to do this so I can
assure that the other people get their money back as well.

I look forward to your reply and refunding the funds.
