i pm'd one of the members who was scamed, so i will just post what i sent to him.

i just saw this thread and thought i would do some digging, although its not going to be of much use, might provide some sort of explination?

i remember him posting a picture of his garage to reply to a comment i made about the cost of porsche in aussie. there was a gt3 race car and a 996 turbo in the picture.

the name on the rear window of the gt3 was la rosa.

edit: i believe now he purchased the car from la rosa after he had crashed it in targa tasmania.

so thats a dead end.

fat911 purchased a RS wing from fasteddieTT and ltcjmRamos from here on 6speed. so they must have some contact information for him.

i have posted on the aussie section of ferrarichat, because somebody has to know the gt3, has many of those members over there compete in targa and are heavily associated with racing in general.

 

WOW, Absolutley unbeleivable guys, really nice comments, I have been a member of this so called community for a long time, I am not a scammer nor have I had the intentions of scamming anyone, period.

I have not received any emails from anyone in reference to this matter, I have changed emails etc, so I am not saying that emails have not been sent.

In relation to the pedals, I am somewhat confused and amazed at this situation, I encountered a problem initially when I sent these out due to a Zero value being placed on the customs form, I then attended the Post Office and fixed that problem, this was the last I heard of it.

In the interim guys, and I really feel weird explaining myself, I have been busy with Business ventures and family issues, I have not been on the board for sometime and I have logged in to find this, all I can say is sorry to all involved.

At this point the only thing I can offer is both a full refund if you haven't received the goods and an inquiry to the post office on why some people haven't received these pedals.

Again I am sorry I have not been on the forum for a long time and I will make every effort to refund any monies due, I am not a scammer or a liar in any circumstance.

Thanks George for the PM and reply on the board. How about this...refund my money and if by chance the pedals show up I will paypal you the money back.

I am sure you can see how we lead to the conclusion that this was a scam. I apologize if I offended you, but when no pedals showed from DECEMBER, I PM'd you several times, emailed you several times and no answer, you can see why we thought this was a scam.

I asked for a refund on the 17th, here we are on 26th and I've got no money back, no email, no communication at all.
Has anyone been refunded, this is starting to get boring.
