PeterW x1 manual set ordered - payment made 10th December, Geroge did confirm the order. Didn't PM George after the order.

NotQuiteFob x1 manual set ordered - payment made December 12 for $70.00. He has replied to multiple PMs at first, but has since his last post, stopped replying.

I paid December 7th 2006 $70 by Paypal-No pedals, no emails

 

I think this joker should be banned from this site.
Despite being a "Gold Supporter", he obviously is a crook!

 

Buying pedals @ $70.00 a set is great, but making a donation of that said amount to a company that does not send products is a scam for sure, heck he is not even have a 501C3 status.

 

i almost order a set, good thing i didnt, i'm sure more order but will not post.

 

Has this guy contacted anyone yet, it's 13th Feb and I've heard nothing?
Seems like this guy should be contacting us or at the very least posting on the board!

 

NO REPLIES. I have emailed him and PM'd him and nothing!!! I did a search again and he STILL has NOT posted on the board since he got the money....

I guess he REALLY needed the money.

Luckily, I used my credit card to buy these.
Called them up and they refunded my money, yesterday.
Fraud is fraud, whether it is $70 or $7000.
He should be caught and thrown in jail.

 

How did you do it? Did you use Credit Card through Paypal?

Yes - I used my cc through PayPal.
Instead of going though Paypal, I call my cc direct to work out the refund.
I basically told them I bought the pedals 2 months ago and the guy never contacted me after the sale.
Done.

 

I just tried to dispute this with Paypal, but since I paid with my checking account, NO REFUND .

I hope Fat-911 REALLLLLLY needed that money

Just back from South Africa, no pedals !!

I've been patient until now, giving a proper chance in the event of slow shipping, but after reading all these mails of undelivered pedals.

I'm pissed, it's not just the $70 but the principle of what has been done here, pretty low down trick, that low - it's small fry (thank goodness) - but what a sad guy....

What comes around comes around, I just hope it bites his *** hard !!

I will see how I get on with trying to reclaim through Paypal.
