Toyo R888 cold/hot pressures for track
Guys that have experience with the R888...
I will be driving on them to the track (~200 miles), use standard cold pressures?
At the track what is a good starting point for cold and target pressure for hot front and rear?
Cheers,
Adam

Guys,
just wanted to post my experience as a novice on these tyres compared to my last time at the track on Pirelli Assymetrico's.. Dang, these tyres are fantastic!
I went with the suggestions above on pressures, pretty much seeing 39-41 max when hot all round, adjusting accordingly, you can expect quite an increase over cold, especially on the rears..
Grip was soo much better and I never got in to enough corner exit speed or oversteer to experience them let go on me though I was pretty much flying, guess that may still come.
On the road overnight between the track and leaving the tyres on, they howl at the lower pressures. Before the drive home I got them up to about stock 36/44 and they ran fine.
I never got to experience them in the wet but I imagine that will happen sooner or later..
Great tyres guys that can be driven too the track.

What sizes were you able to find them in? I could never find anything that would fit my wheels...
