Pics of Lapis and Midnight Blue

Hello all, my first post and let me say that I have enjoyed lurking on this board while I contemplated my new 997TT.

I just put my deposit money down last week and I've got about a month before I need to build the car so I'm hoping I can see some real pictures of Midnight Blue and Lapis Blue. I'm set on the natural brown interior and just trying to figure out the exterior color.

Any photos???

Can't wait to get this car!!!

Here's a couple pictures of a Midnight blue Turbo with natural brown interior that I drove back in June. I think that based on what I've seen before, Midnight blue would fit natural brown better than Lapis blue but that's just my opinion.









I don't have Lapis blue though.

I think that Midnight looks great, but i would go with Lapis blue!!

I like Midnight blue a lot more! Not a fan of Lapis blue.

Lapis has a strong hint of purple in some lighting conditions. I think it would look like hell with natural brown. It's usually paired with grey or black.

sorry for the rennteam banner, but just look at that lovely pic

I really feel my 997 Midnight Blue truly looks hot because of the H & R springs, dropping the car made all the difference in the world!!

Do the midnite blue with the cocoa interior and then sell it to me!! I LOVE the cocoa interior.. Go and find one with the cocoa interior and IMO it looks great. Get a bit of carbon fiber here and there and you are done..

Thanks to all for your input and the photos. My last three cars have been black on black, so I'm a little tired of it. I like the midnight blue a lot, but it's so close to black that I'm a little reluctant, that's why I thought maybe another step in the blue direction (lapis) might be just right. Any photos of Lapis Blue out there? Doesn't even need to be on a 997.

I think you should go with the midnight blue. It is MUCH easier to take care of than black because the midnight blue is mettalic paint and its so much easier to deal with than the regular black.
