Lamborghini Aventador S Crash

It’s never a bad time to enjoy a Lamborghini crash. There’s just something mesmerizing about watching money burn.

Spotting a Lamborghini is rare enough, spotting a Lamborghini crash even moreso. But would you believe your eyes upon seeing two Lamborghinis involved in the same crash? Well, courtesy of Motorbiscuit, we now know that the beautiful land of Singapore is the place for just such an event.

Just imagine the insurance premiums on these bad boys. Now imagine you have a crash on record as a Lamborgini owner. You’re not getting off the hook easy. Rest assured, that insurance company will milk you dry for every last penny. But then again, you’re driving a freaking Lambo, so what is money anyway?

Keep Your Lambo to Yourself

You might assume the two nearly identical Lamborghini Aventador S twins were out on a ride together, but that was not the case. One of the bright yellow supercars was taking a quick rest at the local stoplight when the other apparently opted not to make use of its massive brake calipers. Instead, this game of chicken ended in comedic tragedy.

The owners frantically removed their tags in a vain attempt to remain undetected. That worked about as well as you’d have expected. The assaulted supercar later experienced a small fire before authorities and a tow truck arrived to clean up the Lamborghini crash.

Thankfully, injury was limited to the Aventadors as the drivers suffered no harm. The stopped Lambo saw damage to the rear bumper, diffuser, quarter panel, and all that caught fire.

Footage of one of the drivers recklessly cutting off traffic weeks before later surfaced. Hard to feel bad for the guy. You reap what you sow.

Take Caution

Singapore is notoriously expensive for auto enthusiasts, requiring a $50k permit to drive the streets for only 10 years. Perhaps next time he’ll remember his little jaunt. And maybe those increased premiums will result in a more thoughtful driver. But we aren’t holding our breath.

And if you happen to live in a land with much wealth, take care. You might just be the next victim of a throttle-happy supercar driver lacking any self-control.
