Here’s an awesomely aggressive first glimpse at a real live Lamborghini Huracán LP610 in the wild. In the short clip, we see the Huracán dart out of a corner, break its tires loose, and let loose down a public road as a camera truck gives chase. Supposedly, this is one of (if not the absolute) first Huracán to be delivered in the states. I’ll say it’s doing a seriously entertaining job of announcing its arrival.

A quick reminder on what we’re dealing with here: The Huracán is set to take the wildly successful Gallardo’s place in Lamborghini’s stables and brandishes a 5.2L V10 engine. Power output for the Huracán is 600HP/480TQ with a nice and tidy 3,140-lb curb weight. 0-60 time is swallowed up in a quick 3.2 seconds and top speed is somewhere near 202 hp.

Little else is known about the Huracán until its official debut in March, 2014 at the Geneva Motor Show, but with official specs, and the slew of media and buzz surrounding it, it does look like it’ll pose as a worthy successor to Lambo’s coveted baby bull.

For now, enjoy this brief glimpse, and we’ll be sure to follow up with more news as it comes in!
