Lamborghini’s Veneno Goes to the Track

As far as real cars that you can actually drive, the Veneno is probably somewhere near the top of the list when it comes to flashyness. The thing has more wings than a Hooters restaurant and it’ll draw twice as much attention. On the street at least. Things are a little bit different on the track. Suddenly that huge wing makes sense. It begins to look less like a space ship and more like a LeMans Prototype car.

Lamborghini brought this one out to as part of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo finals. The event gives gentleman drivers the chance to compete with Lamborghinis, in addition to giving Lamborghini an excuse to show off their latest and greatest on the track. There was even a Sesto Elemento at this thing.
