McLaren 720S Leaves Incident Involving Struck Motorcycle [Video]
Video captures road-rage incident after Florida Cars and Coffee event.
Does video always tell the whole story? We know that’s a rhetorical question and one whose answer is almost categorically “No.” This road-rage video from Florida tells at least part of the story, but some commenters and Redditors have offered more context.
The 30-second video from YouTuber Ruben shows a McLaren 720S with a tipped sportbike in front of it. A motorcyclist in a helmet gesticulates wildly toward the McLaren and the driver inside. After a few more moments, the 720S drives away from whatever incident has transpired.

On the face of it, we could guess that the McLaren dumped the motorcycle after hitting it. That would explain the cyclist’s anger at the situation and the grounded bike.
The YouTube description gives more context, however.
“The women was cut off by the motorcycles, the bikers blocked the car in and when the driver stepped out to talk to them she forgot to engage the parking brake causing the vehicle to roll into the bike in front. The bikers proceeded to damage the vehicle by punching and kicking it. One biker even swung at the driver which is why she got back into the vehicle left the scene and called the police from a safer location.”
Neither the description nor the related Reddit thread relates any explanation for why the bikers allegedly cut off the McLaren driver (“The woman” in the description). Instead, we face a confluence of bad decisions and a mistake that leads to bad things.
The bystanders attempt in no way to intervene or to call the police, as far as we can see. At least one famous road-rage incident with similar circumstances ended when an uninvolved person stepped in. However, people don’t necessarily want to jump into a situation full of unknowns, either, like this one.
