MY RIDE! A 2013 Porsche C2S Cabriolet
When you love fast cars, it’s a hard thing to give up. It takes hard work, dedication, and an end goal that outweighs the need for more horsepower and better grip. To be honest with all of you it takes a miracle. But, really, who would ever want to give up a love for fast cars? And when you’re retired and living in the Pacific Northwest, why would you ever stop?
6SpeedOnline member Richard (A.K.A. “trysixty”) might not be enjoying the morning commute anymore, but that doesn’t mean that his passion stopped. In fact, even now he owns one hell of a fast car! Today we’ll step inside his garage and take a closer look at the ride within!
Richard currently owns a 2013 CS2 Cabriolet — which is a Porsche, for those who might be a bit under the weather today. It doesn’t take a genius to realize that this ride is more than just fast, but that it is also a quick car in the corners. Would there really be a better ride to enjoy a drive in?
Over the years he has owned several prominent rides, so maybe we’ll let him be the judge of that. In his list of fallen friends, he includes a 1968 Mustang Bullitt, a 1987 BMW M635, a 1974 S Targa 2.7, a 1972 BMW 3.0 csi, a 1965 Pontiac GTO, and more. Clearly Richard has never been without a fast car to accompany him wherever he goes!
Regardless of your what your favorite “fast car” is, there is no denying that Richard’s Porsche would probably be on many people’s list. After all, it’s hard to beat perfection. Go stop by his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week on MY RIDE!
