We got up close and personal with some of the raddest rides at RADwood 2025 in Los Angeles.

It’s the season of RAD, and we saw the raddest of the rad at the Port of LA in San Pedro, California. Every year, Hagerty-stewarded RADwood allows owners and enthusiasts to assemble some of the coolest cars, trucks, and quirky rides from 1980 to 1999. Nothing from Y2K here.

So, we donned our best RAD-appropriate threads and hit RADwood 2025 on October 25, 2025. Now, RADwood isn’t limited to the Pacific coast. Locations across the country host the show, from Austin, Texas, to Michigan and England. But given California’s car culture, the Port of LA show is always a good time.

You’ll find everything from gnarly Grand Nationals to forbidden-fruit Skylines and iconic European supercars

The youngest cars you’ll find at RADwood are 26 years old. That’s right, everything here would be old enough to rent a car of its own. Feel old yet? That does, however, mean many seriously cool time capsules from before the turn of the century.

For starters, devoted owners brought out their most beloved sports cars, coupes, and sedans from the era. Turn in one direction, and you’ll see an obviously loved Honda CRX, complete with a chunky cell phone, Game Boy, and steering wheel club. A glance elsewhere reveals a Buick Grand National so clean, you’d think Kendrick Lamar would use it for a Super Bowl halftime show.

Do you like Nissan Skylines? RADwood is the place to be, then. The show hosted several Nissan R34 Skylines flexing well-preserved and sometimes wildly modified versions of the car’s iconic RB26 engine. Speaking of period performance cars from the Land of the Rising Sun, the show featured a lineup of Acura NSXs, a rotary-powered Mazda RX-7 or two, and many, many happy little Miatas.

From the American side of things, we caught up with a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 from the C4 generation. That’s the one with a 5.7L LT5 V8 derived from a collaboration between GM and Lotus. What an age.

Even top-tier period supercars (and Batman) belong at RAD

Maybe Hondas, Chevrolets, and Volkswagens aren’t your bag. Well, how about a car so awesome, the great Michael Schumacher himself bought one? Not a Ferrari, but a Bugatti EB110, a unicorn among early 1990s supercars. We caught up with a meticulously cared-for silver example, complete with its ground-breaking (and now three-decade-old) quad-turbocharged V12.

In addition to the EB110, supercar fans could revel in the population of 1980s and 1990s supercars. A bright-red Ferrari 308 GTB, a Lamborghini Countach, a Dodge Viper GTS, a Ferrari F348, and many Porsche 911s dotted the RADwood 2025 landscape.

If supercars weren’t enough, we met the Batmobile. You read that right. The show featured a “Keaton-mobile” Batmobile, as seen in the Michael Keaton Batman films. See? RADwood has something for everyone.
