Revealed: Acura NSX Prototype

Honda has revealed an image of the Acura NSX prototype that will run at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course just before action begins at the Honda Indy 200 on August 4.

The NSX, to be launched in 2015, continues its development in Ohio in preparation for series production that will also be in Ohio.

As far as this prototype’s design is concerned, there’s nothing different from the concept you’ve seen in Detroit, aside from that attention-grabbing vehicle wrap.

We are looking forward to finding out how the NSX’s mid-mounted V6 hybrid powertrain sounds at Mid-Ohio, and we anticipate Acura’s Sport Hybrid SH-AWD will allow the NSX to tackle the course with aplomb.
