For those that don’t know where I’m going with that, the LongTail designation hasn’t been seen on a McLaren since the F1, and referred to the tail section that was elongated for better aero effect at speed.

McLaren as a company, doesn’t seem like they’re able to keep their mouths shut when they have a new car in the works. I swear, they have more leaks go through them than a pasta colander.

Dubbed, the McLaren 650S LeMans Edition, the new 650S is set to commemorate the brands 20th anniversary of absolutely dominating the most grueling race in the world. The 24 hours of LeMans.

Sometimes, I get really jealous of those that actually can afford supercars. Then I remember that most of them have five or six and never actually drive them, and all is right in the world.

It seems as if we are getting closer and closer to seeing the new McLaren Sport Series coupe in the flesh.

If McLaren Automotive is going to make big numbers (4,000 sales a year), it’s going to have to create a relatively small one. One with a power output lower than those of the 12C and 650S.
