Fiat 124 Spider Abarth is really a question about decibels and dollar bills.

Last week was one of those weeks that reminded me what it was like to be in high school and get excited over jumping behind the wheel of a car.

Mazda pulled the veil on its latest creation, and I’m pretty sure I’m speaking for many, when I say that it’s absolutely gorgeous!

This year, Mazda chose to premier the Mazda3 with the SKYACTIV-D 1.5 diesel engine and, more to our taste, the RX-VISION concept.

As of now, every single car in Fiat USA’s lineup is a variation of the 500. The 500, the 500X, the 500L, the 500 Abarth, etc. But that has changed, as Fiat introduced a reincarnation of the 124 Spider at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

It’s not exactly the most tidy or smoothest rendering, but an imaginary Mazda MX-5 Miata sans windshield popped up on Reddit this week.

Like the mid-engine Corvette that gets drudged up every other year, so does the rumors that encircles Mazda with bringing out a range topping rotary supercar. With rumors ranging from the company building an 800 hp twin turbo rotary monster, to a hybrid rotary NSX competitor, there seems to always be some form of rumor about the company.
