As if the world didn’t have enough of exotic-car-owning-lunatics in the Gumball 3000 Rally, the Gold Rush Rally in the United States basically started as the other ended in Europe.

For the last two years, participants have competed in the Trans-America Challenge, a time trial rally race that begins in Halifax, Nova Scotia and ends in San Francisco, California.
