As if the world didn’t have enough of exotic-car-owning-lunatics in the Gumball 3000 Rally, the Gold Rush Rally in the United States basically started as the other ended in Europe.

It’s that time of year again. The time when a bunch of adrenaline-loving, rebellious and somewhat stuck-up millionaires get to drive their exotic rides across multiple continents for the sake of YouTube popularity.

For the last two years, participants have competed in the Trans-America Challenge, a time trial rally race that begins in Halifax, Nova Scotia and ends in San Francisco, California.
