Twin Turbo Lamborghini Street Race Gets Heated Fast
These drivers run their mouths harder than they run their twin turbo sports cars after a deal gone wrong.
The world of late-night high dollar street racing is an interesting one. Filled with blurry Go-Pro shots and even shakier audio, the fun is short and sweet. One can only expect so much from the videos themselves. What level of professionalism and calm do you expect a friendly amateur cameraman to have, going 180 MPH down the interstate at 2 AM?
Those privy to the sport of street roll racing will have heard of the “Mexico Racing League“. A very popular YouTube channel which has racked up more than a couple million views as a result of their street racing videos. The concept of their videos is simple: we filmed this in Mexico and that’s all you really need to know.
As seen in the video, there is a variety of different cars going head to head, including a 900+ HP Corvette ZR1 and a host of twin-turbo Lamborghini’s such as Underground Racing’s own Huracan. However, the center of this video’s drama is a certain race between a particular “EuroPower” Lamborghini and “Aldowelds” Mustang.

Here’s the deal, supposedly the Mustang jumps the count and as a result easily beats the Lambo (you can be the judge of that detail). Like in most of these races, money is part of the game, so usually when money is at stake, people get angry, and angry fast, when things don’t go their way. After the race, words are exchanged and tension builds along with it. Seemingly, the owner of the Lambo is not happy with the Mustang driver because of him jumping the line and lets that be known. However, the Mustang owner denies that allegation and had supposedly previously insulted the quality of the build of the Lambo, along with calling the car ugly.
As you might imagine, this conversation is not leading in any constructive direction and if a fist-fight were to break out, nobody would be surprised at all. However, somehow, this interaction ends up with a surprisingly kosher end: both parties agreeing to disagree. Who is the winner of the race and who is right and wrong? We’ll let you guys decide that one.
