Yamaha XJR1300 Guerilla Four Will Make You Want to Punch Somebody

Henry Ford had one of the best one-liners ever in terms of paint, “you can have any color you want so long as it’s black.” It’s a creed that I wish more builders and automakers would live by more often. Too often do we have chrome or gold wrapped cars and bikes. They just look tacky, and black never really goes out of style. Take for instance this Yamaha XJR1300 Guerilla Four.

What you see here is a motorcycle commissioned by Yamaha for the XJR1300’s 50th anniversary. Built by Winston Yeh of Taiwan’s Rough Crafts, the bike is all sorts of menacing. However, instead of hacking up a perfectly good XJR1300, Yeh either only put stuff onto the bike, or took things off. All except for a hand built tank.

The rest of the motorcycle is just rocker through and through. It’s a good mix of café racer and bobber, and it’s a bike that we’d love to ride every single day. Take a look at the bike in the video below.
