Neil@Orton is infamous around these parts
The super charger is from Rotrex. It is runing twin intercoolers. This is on a stock engine. The ECU has been highly modified with different rev limeter set for each gear.MAX speed 195MPH.It's a quick as a 997 turbo

so how do you run that much boost without lowering the compression?

where are the intercoolers located?

who did the ecu programming?

is the supercharger a roots style or centrifugal?

did you upgrade the fuel injectors?

Many months of testing has gone into this kit.Yes the injectors are changed as well as many other parts including an inlet manifold that has intergrated twin intercoolers. The programming has been done by my programmer which took 4 weeks on a engine dyno. The intake temp is only 10 deg higher than the out side air temp .the blower is centrifugal.

so how do you run boost that high without lowering the compression? i think RUF is running 8 or 9 psi and they lower the compression. my evo kit runs around 5-6 psi and is making around 510 hp on stock compression.

My bad. That's even more boost than I thought. How do you run such high boost on essentially a 3.4 996 engine without lowering the compression? Is it safe to run the boost that high? I would think with that much boost and stock compression you would be seeing much higher hp numbers.

I checked your site and there weren't a lot of details. Looks like a nice package. Very similar to the RUF design with the way you did the intercoolers in the intake manifolds.

The latest version is much different from the one in the post. There is not problem with this amount of boost because of the twin intercoolers and the air temp after the intercoolers.

Wait till you see the next version. We are soon to be building one with 700hp with a seqential gearbox

That kit looks awesome. Is the sequential gearbox a dog clutch or is the shifter just revised so itll be a sequential?
