I have a 1965 VW Bug that has been converted into a fiberglass dune buggy. The engine that came in it is not the stock engine, and from what I can tell it is a 356 Porsche engine. I'm thinking about selling this engine and putting a new 12v VW engine in, but not sure exactly what this engine is, and how much it is worth. These are the only numbers I can find on the engine. I'm hoping someone might be able to identify what this engine is.
