Help- H&R coilovers too high on front and cannot go lower

Had H&R coilovers installed today. Tech said the front (both sides) are maxed out on lowest setting and they are still setting the cars front very high. Anyone come across this? Ideas on whats wrong?

Just guesses: Did you get the right coil overs for the car? Maybe you ordered the right coil overs but the wrong ones were in the box?

Is it possible the coil overs were mixed up and the fronts installed at the rear and the rears installed at the front?

Were there any spring pads/shipping guards left in place? Was something else supposed to be removed when the old suspension was removed that was left in place?
