MN911 is infamous around these parts
I would suggest that they sign up for PCA's Quest program which is a limited 6 month membership to the PCA. This would give them access to PCA's web site and they would also get their monthy Panorama magazine. Both have a section for people selling P-cars. This is an excellent source.

I agree with MN911 and have them check pelicanparts.com and his/her local PCA website
