If you are talking about the 91-92 C2 turbo 3.3l and 94 turbo 3.6L the answer is basically yes. There is some debate over the 91's having it as standard equipment or not as all the window stickers show it as an option although I have never seen or heard of one that did not have the option included. So it might have been an option that all cars came with just like US versions all came with sunroofs and it is listed as an option.

As far as th earlier 930 turbos it was an option that not all cars came with but should have.
