Rennspeed Motorsports - poor customer service

Rennspd- ebay seller " terrible service"-
Has anyone bought ebay seller " rennspd"? The company name is
"rennspeed motorsports"
I had a horrible experience with the owner.
I wanted to buy some polished lug nuts, and I noticed that he is local. I called him, and asked him if he had that item in stock.
He right away said, " what kind of stupid question was that ?"
I thought that was the rudest and the most disrepectful person I have ever spoken to.
He said of course he had them in stock. If he didn't, why post on ebay.
He should be happy that someone is interested in finding put kore about his products. I am a business owner, and you won't get anywhere if you or your staff are not courteous to your customers.
All I can say is that, if any of you ever want to order from this guy, just be prepared to deal with a rude salesman who may call you names whenever you have a question that he doesn't want to answer.

His business is located in Duarte, CA.
